When opening max file, you should ignore any missing external files warning: it may say that one map is missing, but it is not; all maps are within max folder and applied to the models. Just click Continue.
Use the maps in max zipped folder for fbx and obj.
A few FBX files may appear with few objects a bit out of place. It is simply corrected by positioning.
Other earlier max version formats may be provided.
