This model was built very near to scale. It has a realistic appearance and is fully textured. It has animateable ailerons, flaps, elevators and rudder, and also an animated propeller. as well as some interior cabin features and controls. The interior is viewable from the exterior. It has a nice textured instrument panel and some control features. This model was updated with additional detail, better geometry, textures and higher quality.It comes with all textures and materials. It also is available in 10 different formats. It can be used in an animated or static position within an animated video or possibly for programming for a flight simulation application. The Cessna 182 was developed during the 1950s as a step up from the popular Cessna 172 Skyhawk. It was immediately popular with pilots. During the early 1960s the Skylane was redesigned along with all of the Cessna production line. Some Skylanes were fitted with pontoons and used to fly as a seaplane and a few were also modified to include pontoons and wheels so that they could be landed on water or land.
