This Cessna 172 instrument panel structure is designed for realistic flight simulator and home cockpit applications. The package includes the main instrument panel structure together with multiple bezels, mounting parts, knobs, brackets, and related cockpit components.
The bezels are designed to be 3D printed using a standard FDM printer, making them easy to produce for simulator builds. The smaller knobs and fine-detail control parts are better suited to resin printing for improved surface quality and dimensional detail.
The model is suitable for Cessna 172 simulator construction, home cockpit projects, aviation training simulators, CAD modification, prototyping, instrument integration, and custom simulator hardware development. The panel structure can be further adapted to suit different displays, instruments, electronics, and mounting arrangements.
The package includes the instrument panel structure, printable bezels, knobs, mounting brackets, display-related components, SolidWorks parts and assemblies, STEP files, and STL files for fabrication.
Printing recommendation: use standard FDM printing for the larger bezels, while resin printing is recommended for knobs and other small detailed parts where better finish and precision are required.
Note: Intended for simulation, prototyping, visualization, and educational use only. It is not a certified aircraft component.
