Pre design of a Injection Mold of a plastic glass, two cavities, the design contain the most elements that you will need to manufacture and adjust at you injection plastic machine.

The design DON´T HAVE the runners to each cavity, because it depends of each one to determine if hot runners are the best option or mabye a cold injection.

The design HAVE the basic elements to function well. Cooming soon we will add to all the design the posibility of change some parameters to adjust at each injection machine of any brand.

We recommend that the mold will be manufactured in aluminum, if You like to tests any machine or for low productionAnd Steel if the production will be like more than million of pieces.

We used CATIA V5 and 3D Experience to design our products, so the tolerances are well.
