• 6 textures included totally. (Base for all, also Normal Map and Rougness included for ** Swimming Pool** Texture)
• No n-gons in any product.
• Rotation and Scale are applied so you will not face any problem using in game engines. (All tested in Unity)
• All the objects and materials properly named to help you work easily.
• No addons are required to use this product, it is ready to use, just drag it into your scene.
• File Formats: BLEND - FBX - OBJ and MTL - DAE - ABC
