Hi, um... about the lights on the buildings seen in the scenes, are those on there when I buy it for blender? And also, NICE WATER in that one scene. Did good bro. What was that from? (I need water for my game and if it's realtime I would look into that water).

You get only geometry. Water was made proceduraly in Blender with simple noise node connected to normal map slot :) Nothing fancy :)

Terrible quality, dirty mesh. It is not suitable for the prototype. Just big height map used in Zbrush and that it. Useless.
