This is my latest 3D project, a Minotaur from the Greek mythology. I tried to imagine and realize a more humanized and anthropomorphic version of this creature, which is portrayed in the act of offering - as a proof of his strength and toughness - the skulls of the hunters sent by the Gods to kill him.
The model was inspired by Gao Xin’s project (artstation.com/funkyboy) that I found on Sculpting from the Imagination: ZBrush (2016).
To create this project I’ve used the following 3D softwares:
• Sculpting: ZBrush
• Support base (columns): Maya
• Cloath: Blender (with physics simulation)
• Rendering: Keyshot 8
