The model collection includes models of the living room, dining room, bedroom, bathroom, reading room and children's room of the apartment.This file contains materials and lights, modeled internally in 3DSMAX2020, adjusted and previewed by Photoshop. The mockup is the same as the preview, but the image contrast has been adjusted slightly. One or more material textures and IES bundled with this project are from the map and IES tarball, some textures may be missing.All the texture map files are located in a compressed package called maps, you only need to download all the materials in the model collection once, as long as you download this compressed package, you will get all the materials.

These files are only for 3DSMAX2020 software VRAY5.0 renderer. Remember that FBX files do not import materials and lights, only the geometry itself.
