After I see this video about Cubesat Assembly process and read the brief of the challenge :

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xk-MVfejEz0&hd=1

1 : 22

I'm inspired to create CubeSat that's :

  1. Easy to Assembly

  2. Standard geometry

  3. Lightweight but strong enough

  4. Reduce total components from the latest CubeSat design

  5. Use thermoplastic material Nylon.

  6. Use FUSED DEPOSITION MODELING as additive manufacturing technique.

Material :

I use Nylon as the material to minimize the possibility of signal interference and to pursue aspects of light.

Why I can say so, because at the time I was working on lighting solution company, my research team said that the RF signal is a bit disturbed by the aluminum die casting lamp casing. But I don't know more about signal interference (It's just my assumption).
