3D PRINT FOOD - Icing 3D Printer modification for RepRap
3dprintler.com/3dprintler-techlinks-ottawa-2013/
There was absolutely no better way we could have started Global Entrepreneurship Week (GEW) than attend TechLinks Ottawa. Yesterday, on Monday Nov. 18, the 3Dprintler team packed up our man-made 3D printer, camera equipment, business cards and cookies (for our “sweet” surprise), and we made our way to the Canadian Museum of Nature, where Exploriem held TechLinks Ottawa this year. We set up shop and the booth was soon buzzin’. We handed out 3Dprintler’s 3D-printed bottle openers. Moreover, Aitor, our lead engineer, used his 3D printer to put icing on the cookies, which we then shared with everyone who visited the booth—naturally everyone flocks where there are baked goods, right?
