Comfort:-The design includes multiple ventilation holes to improve airflow and make long-term wear more comfortable.

-It is recommended to add soft padding (4–7 mm thick), such as EVA foam, in the forehead and cheek areas for better fit and extended wearing comfort

3D printing settings:These settings are recommended as a baseline for achieving good print quality. Adjust them based on your printer and material.

General Settings (quality-oriented):Layer height: 0.12–0.2 mmWall/perimeter count: 3–4Infill: 10–15% (gyroid or cubic recommended)Top/Bottom layers: 4–6Print speed: 40–60 mm/sNozzle: 0.4 mm

Materials:PLA - easiest to print, good for displayPETG - more durable and heat-resistant (recommended for wearable use)

Supports:-Required for most parts-Use supports “from build plate only” where possible to simplify cleanup

Diffusers:For the diffuser eye modules, use transparent or semi-transparent filament to achieve proper light diffusion.

Post-processing (optional):-Sanding and priming recommended for a smoother finish-Painting compatible with standard acrylics and spray paints
