Mount Cooroora is located in the hinterland town of Pomona in the Sunshine Coast Region, Queensland, Australia. The peak is a 439 metres high intrusive volcanic plug. Climbers ascended a 1.2km track with 290 meters of climbing and are rewarded with 360 degree views of South East Queensland and the Wide Bay Burnett regions.
