The beautifully realised C57-D united planets space cruiser from the 50's movie Forbidden Planet. One of the best looking flying saucers from the era, the lightwave version is the native version and the other formats are all on 1 layer so you'll have to sort out the parts manually. No textures required, the Lightwave version uses procedural textures so no image maps to upload with any version.
