This is a very beautiful model. But I kindly suggest that, using very high poly Wheat (my suggestion is for those who have to populate a farm field with many wheat grass on it) will be heavy on performance. Thus using a 4 tris plane (in simplest way) would be giving a similar look with Wheat picture on it (make sure the picture is transparent and material use cut-out rendering).
