CATS- COMMON APERTURE TARGETING SYSTEM- is manufactured by a Turkish company named ASELSAN.CATS is a high performance electro-optical reconnaissance, surveillance and targeting system designed for fixed-wing and rotary-wing airborne platforms, including Unmanned Air Systems (UASs), helicopters and aircrafts.

My model doesn't exactly look like the CATS but I find it good enough to use. I created this model to use in my drone models. This 3D model can be used with drone,helicopter,armored vehicle models and more.In Blend file, all parts are parented and have accurate pivot points. My model is not rigged but can easily be animated thanks to accurate pivot points and parented objects.While exporting the model, parenting data might have been lost in some file formats..stl file format is just for importing purposes. Model is not ready for printing.
