DESCRIPTION

It is a component unit of the railway counters. When one part of the unit is broken that is pinion shaft, while there is no drawing from the original maker to be able to make it. To be able to perform machining work then we must do what we know in the field of so-called reverse engineering techniques. But unfortunately the shape of the pinion gear is badly damaged that it can not perform the measurement or reverse engineering accurately. So the bevel gear is a component that can be measured even though it is not an easy job.To provide an accurate measure or precise geometry we approach the design using software GearTrax.
