Tract House

Tract House Free 3D model

Description

This 3D model was originally created with Sketchup 8 and then converted to all other 3D formats. Native format is .skp 3dsmax scene is 3ds Max 2016 version, rendered with Vray 3.00 This is a retro tract house, possibly a Sterling kit home from 1962. Well, this is the home of the infamous Manolo Sanchez, formerly well known as Ventilation Shaft. He fought Cordelle a lot. That his parents are now dead and he can't find a place to live outside of prison, he rooms with his aunt in her tiny two-bedroom bungalow in Paulwall. The neighbors don't seem to like that too much. I mean, who wants a known criminal on their street right? Anyway, the house has a shared living/ dining space in front with big picture window. The kitchen has an eating space as well with utility room. Aunt's room is in front, Manolo's in back. This is one of the very few houses on the street without a garage or basement. It is a 6 minute bus ride from downtown but the houses are cheap because the area isn't very clean or friendly. I hope you enjoy this retro house and please rate. I have a Facebook page set up so feel free to check it out in case you are interested :)
