Small House Free 3D model

This 3D model was originally created with Sketchup 8 and then converted to all other 3D formats. Native format is .skp 3dsmax scene is 3ds Max 2016 version, rendered with Vray 3.00 Here is a little colonial style house for your enjoyment. Though small, it still has the comforts of home. You could even call this little cottage home if you like. It has a distiquishable carport fit for one car. Inside the house features a great room, dining, kitchen, and snack bar. There are 3 bedrooms and 1.5 bathrooms at back. You'll find the bathroom configuration quite interesting. The master suite has two walk in closets!
