This 3D model was originally created with Sketchup 13 and then converted to all other 3D formats. Native format is .skp 3dsmax scene is 3ds Max 2016 version, rendered with Vray 3.00 This is similar to my neighbors house. My house is the same except my kitchen is on the left side of the main room, and I have a bonus room over the garage. This changes the Master Bath, Closet, and Laundry somewhat. I also have a covered porch on the front. Her house is garage right, mine is garage left. This is presented in the framing stage before the rough-ins are done. The framing is for someone who has never seen what is behind the walls. This subdivision has lots of these same houses. This is on one layer, so you have to walk thru it to check out the framing. I used my builders manual to get the trusses about right.
