House Free 3D model

This 3D model was originally created with Sketchup 8 and then converted to all other 3D formats. Native format is .skp 3dsmax scene is 3ds Max 2016 version, rendered with Vray 3.00 It's my 50th model on the Warehouse! I've decided to celebrate by constructing something completely original (not that I haven't done something original in the past (Wooden House, Craftsman, Solar House, Desert House, Library, and a number of others). Whatever! Anyway, I give you a typical suburban house with a classical French fascade. It is a two story, three bedrooms, two bathrooms, two living areas, casual dining, lots of closets, a large bonus room, and much more! the first story has all of your essential living attributes with all bedrooms and living, etc.. The kitchen is complete with a walk-in pantry. The bonus room upstairs is great for late night poker, a bar, or a studio which is accompanied by a small bathroom. It also recieves a lot of light for it has three big windows! There is a detatched two car garage around back. Even though this is not a big house, it has so much to offer for roughly any family!
