You can imagine a cobbled brick street lined with these bungalows with the buildings of downtown within walking distance. Yes, this is part of Paulwall where the streets are cobbled brick and lined with huge old oak trees. Paulwall has lots of bungalow homes on this part of town, all in neat rows and most of them are nearly all original in milwork and neatly kept! About this house, the front porch ventures to the side a bit with the gable around the side. The large living room chimney also gives the front some character. The house also has exposed rafter tails, like most of the other bungalows on this street in Paulwall but the only house on the street with the chimney right in front. As you walk in, you walk directly into the living room through a solid wood craftsman front door. Through a colonade is a less ornate dining room. Just past that would be a vintage kitchen. From there, you could access the basement. There are stairs leading upward as well but that is only attic space with no partition so it was left unfinished. Nothing to see up there.
