House Free 3D model

This 3D model was originally created with Sketchup 8 and then converted to all other 3D formats. Native format is .skp 3dsmax scene is 3ds Max 2016 version, rendered with Vray 3.00 Here is a simple house for your house collection. Though a simple plan is at hand, it is efficient and full of possibility. Look at the desert craftsman but really it is just a stucco house with a tile roof. Although there are not many, there are some red-roofed houses in Paulwall, this one happening to be in a golf course community on Paulwall's north side. It is a tract house plan, a neighborhood with many of this same plan and a few other plans that are copied throughout the neighborhood. The raised front porch gives it character. Come inside to find a stylish living space all decked out in fancy tile. The floor plan is open and large. The living room is large with a corner gas fire place. The island kitchen allows barstools.
