Yeah, you're seeing a lot of Paulwall when touring this model inside and out. Sure the photos of Paulwall show picturesque bungalows and Victorian but those are only fringing the downtown district. You'll also see photos of luxurious Mcmansion type houses too but those are only seen on the western edge of Paulwall. But about 65%25 of Paulwall housing consists of houses like this that are generally small, simple, boxy, cookie cutter and single level. Now, about this particular house, it is a small, simple brick house with no garage like most others on its street. The wrought iron posts for the carport bring some character to the otherwise simple house. The front gable does that too. The living room is fairly generous and the dining room is as well. You'll find a deep freezer chest in the laundry room. The right side of the house consists of three small bedrooms and the house only has one bathroom. There is sort of a retro twist to this house.
