House Free 3D model

This 3D model was originally created with Sketchup 8 and then converted to all other 3D formats. Native format is .skp 3dsmax scene is 3ds Max 2016 version, rendered with Vray 3.00 This is a very basic domicile in which is so basic it has no porch nor a garage. However, that can be a good thing. This house was launched so you can do something creative with it. You can build it a porch, add a room, whatever you wish! Reason being that a few people were complaining that I didn't have a style they liked. Hopefully, this small house solves that problem for they can create their perfered style here for themselves. People can be silly and crazy at times, I swear, I'm not a mind reader. This house should be of good template for, though it is very basic, still utilizes my traditional modeling such as having a layer for the roof as well as a full interior. This includes 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, laundry, etc. The finishes are rather cheap but that's where your imagination comes into play. Or if you are not of the architectural mind, erase the interior and this makes for a good background house. Either way, I hope you enjoy this little house and please rate :)
