This small house is located on the northeast corner of Paulwall, where the neighborhoods are not very attractive, the houses are small, old, generic, and not all well kept. Get used to seeing Beware of Dog signs, chain link fences, scrubby lawns, weedy sidewalks, some vacant lots, yard junk, old trailer homes, barred windows/doors, a rusting jalopy here and there, wooden streetlight posts, single garages and carports in this area. I couldn't call this a city house for it is not near any great shopping nor is it around any schools. It is not far from the airport, though. This is how it is like north of the train tracks. This small retro tract house has a single garage and an inviting front. Come inside to an open living and dining. The kitchen is linear. There are two little bedrooms and a full bathroom in the back. The house is on a raised crawl space foundation because the ground in this area is so soft. From a distance, you can see some of the buildings of Paulwall's downtown.
