It actually looks like it has some Frank Lloyd Wright influences in the architecture. It is worth looking around at. When entering, you are greated by a nice looking staircase, all stained hardwood and a built-in cusioned bench. There is a nice large living room, the biggest room in the house with a broad brick fire place. It has a unique private porch. Beyond is the formal dining room which is also pretty big for a house like this. The kitchen is fairly self explainitory. The pantry has counter space and some overhead cupboards. Upstairs features 4 bedrooms with the home's only bathroom. The master bedroom is obviously the largest along with 2 closets and a fireplace of its own. The stairs are sort of unusual. There is a dualling staircase made for the servants (so guests wouldn't see them). Back in the turn-of-the century, when there were guests, all the guests got to see of the house were the parlor and the dining room. Everything else was strictly off limits for them. This is a catalog house from Sears %26 Roebuck back in 1913. Imagine you living in a mail-order house. There are two accesses to the basement; one out back and one below the staircase. There were to be stairs to the atic from above the servant's staircase but I will have to play a little more with the house to get it right.
