It is probably the largest and certainly the oldest of Paulwall's sparse foursquare houses. There aren't very many foursquare houses in Paulwall but they peek through here and there among the many bungalows, colonials, and Victorians. This particular house is on a corner lot in a historic neighborhood just south of the buildings of Paulwall's downtown on a brick cobbled street lined with broad old oaks and many other picturesque old houses. It is a house of 4 bedrooms which are all upstairs and 2.5 bathrooms. The porch is partially wrap around. The den is off the entryway via double doors. The kitchen has junky retro appliances. Basement access is under the stairs. The front bathroom used to be a trunk room and the powder room used to be part of the pantry. Although this particular home resides in Paulwall, it is a pleasant piece anywhere! This was built in 1905. The house is made with layers so exploring is easy. Please rate :)
