This 3D model was originally created with Sketchup 13 and then converted to all other 3D formats. Native format is .skp 3dsmax scene is 3ds Max 2016 version, rendered with Vray 3.00 This is a standard centre hall plan. In addition, it has a sunroom on the left, library on the rite, and a tower in the front. The livingroom and master bedroom have sitting areas. The 3rd floor of the tower is accessed from the attic. Based on a card model that I downloaded recently, all the elements are in the same place, the size has been adjusted. Stacked porches are on the front. This would have a separate garage. There is the optional basement, not modeled. Unfrortunately, the siding has been neglected for decades, and is in need of a repaint. I made all the doors and windows.
