Eclectic Ranch House Free 3D model

This 3D model was originally created with Sketchup 8 and then converted to all other 3D formats. Native format is .skp 3dsmax scene is 3ds Max 2016 version, rendered with Vray 3.00 This is an eclectic farm house I designed. You will see pretty quickly why it is classified as an eclectic house for it has a mixture of styles. You will see that in the various windows and unusual door elements I use. The patio courtyard in front with its metal baulisters also give it a feeling of uniqueness. The shape of this house is also unusual to a degree. To enter the interior, enter the wooden front door(s) into a classy vestibule. The living room is a big solarium with lots of windows. Beyond is an island kitchen with a breakfast bar, walk-in pantry, and a dining alcove. The family room, further beyond, like the living room, is carpeted and large. Yet beyond are 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. There is a powder room off of the front vestibule. The master suite features a gas fire place, walk-in closet, and personal patio access. There is also a glass sunroom in the back to gather rays, heating, or it could be a greenhouse. You decide. This house was designed for seculsion, not for your typical suburban neighborhood.
