Cottage house Free 3D model

This 3D model was originally created with Sketchup 8 and then converted to all other 3D formats. Native format is .skp 3dsmax scene is 3ds Max 2016 version, rendered with Vray 3.00 Here is a quaint little house perfect for a couple or as a good starter home. This house could also have a basement (this does but is not shown. The stair way is evident). You would find an open floorplan and your 2 bedrooms and 1.75 bathrooms off to the side.
