Serves its purpose well. The asset can be used for distant background buildings, with sufficient variety of buildings.
One thing you should note, though, is that the asset spend too much poly count on unimportant decorations like poles, ornaments, and stairs. It would be much better if it offers "low-poly" version, omitting smaller objects.
