Why are my texture maps showing as product images? [solved]

Something about the upload process has changed in the last 4 days, when I last uploaded a model. Now, my zip files, which neatly collect OBJ, MTL, PNG texture maps are dismantled and my texture maps show up as product images. Further, the download doesn't include texture maps. What is going on? Is this supposed to be an IMPROVEMENT???

I'm leaving my last model up, hoping to get a quick response to remedy the problem. It's a total wreck. If it can't be fixed, it will have to come down and I won't be able to add any future models to CGTrader.

Hi there,

Yes, we introduced a new feature that recognizes zipped files: https://www.cgtrader.com/forum/topics/new-feature-recognizing-file-format-types-in-zipped-files

The update is meant to help designers ease the upload process and show their file information without the need for them to rewrite every file format. It's extremely strange that your texture maps showed up as product images though!

I'll contact you in PM so we can take a look and solve this issue ASAP.
