Render help

Hello  friends,

I need your guys help in rendering a good quality render can anyone make a tutorials of realistic render in maya. and in mental ray please don't make tutorial in vray or any other like that plugins.

I attached a file i want to render models at that level so if you can make a tutorial and publish on youtube so that i can watch it
