Payment method change after payment and Paypal money transfer cancelling?

Hello guys,

I have set up Paypal as my payment method (I have sold one model and finished a job, but I sill haven't received the money because my payment agreement is still pending). Due to a load of issues linked to the service of Paypal in my country, I've been advised to change my payment method into a wire transfer. My question is: can I request a payment method change ( into a wire transfer) after receiving the money via Paypal? or will the money be lost? I want the paypal money transfer to be cancelled, but I don't know if it's possible. In my country, they charge an insane amount of money to retrieve payments via Paypal which is strange and disappointing.

Hi herschelhumph,

I'm not sure if I entirely understood your situation, correct me if I'm wrong. Did your money transfer process start?
If you've already received money via PayPal, than changing the payment method won't make any change in the transaction.
However, if the transaction hasn't started yet, then changing the information about receiving payments should be possible.

Thanks for your reply, no I haven't received the money via paypal yet. Probably, I should cancel Paypal as a payment option to avoid any problems and request a hold on funds .
