hello today is 24th of August although the model was sold 18th of august and I have not received my payout and I have messaged so many times to cgtrader but i have not get any reply so kindly help me with my payout please

Hi there,
Thanks for reaching out.

The collected royalties will be paid until the 20th day of the following month. For example, royalties collected over August are paid until the 20th day of September.
