No response from support after 2 weeks / unable to log in or receive Zendesk email / cgtrader support mail is not responding

Hello,
I am having an issue with a project that I created. The worker and I agreed to stop work on the project for a partial refund.
I have attempted sending CGtrader emails, and reaching out via the chat help, but I do not get any response. I am unsure how to reach out to CGtrader support. Does support on this site not work any more? For some reason, the registration emails for the zendesk support site do not go to my email, nor does a password reset recognize I have registered.
