I would contact the Cgtrader support team immediately and tell them about it. They can help resolve the issue by being the middle man between you and the buyer who left the negative comment.
So long as there was no foul play on either side the issue could easily be resolved.
The CGTrader team has helped me countless times with different issues like when I bought a ring a while ago and it was in the wrong format, they were able to get me the correct one etc... This problem you have can just as easily be resolved. Just let them know.
