About staff review for adult content, is it done after every update to that model?

Hello there, I've recently unloaded a female 3d model and some of the previews were partially censored body display and wireframes so it was considered 18+ content and model were put under 'pending' status. I have just read an article about nudity related content - it goes in staff review and then being responded within 24hrs. My question is, does this process apply every time I update the model or even some previews?
