Write your tags in txt file, then copy paste them everytime you publish similar model. It doesn't matter from where you will be copying tags, as long as you can paste them in one go.
Well, having another small file somewhere on the hard drive is not that convenient. It's faster to paste from the uploaded project, or to write manually, then to browse files and copy/paste. But it's not that bad either.

You should create a line of keywords for a group or a series of assets and save that instead of relying on if it is still in your RAM.
If you develope your folio one day to a higher ammount of models, and you have do keywording additional to CGT, on Vimeo, RenderHub, Turbosquid, 3D Export etc. for the same item, you would die while still typing.
