One of my models have tons of details but has 0.0 score and it wont change

Hi, where do I even report this issue or contact someone from CgTrader? Is this the right place to ask this?

I have a lot of details for my model and it says I have 7.7 score if I edit the model, but as soon as I go back to my model list it sits at 0.0 score and that can't be right. CgTrader also tells me to improve it from 0.0 score but this is 100% a glitch, as I have thumbnails, details, multiple file formats and similar detailed models have more score.

CgTrader pls fix this soon!
