Payment Agreement ''Pending For Review'' [Solved]

Hey guys,

So my payment agreement has been ''pending for review'' for as long as i can remember now
(more than 3 months) , Is there a solution to this? I need help please.

Also in the ID card photo section i accidentally uploaded a photo of my brother's engagement photos
... Ooops :D , but i cant remove it, there's no X button or anything.
