payment agreement problem

i recieve this everytime i open the site (In order to get your next royalty payment, please update required information in CGTrader agreement)
and i discovered that i've missed the VAT but i wrote it and the message still come out to me
i've sent 2 emails for the support and no replying
i wrote 14% and i'm not very sure about it
i live in egypt
what should i do now ?
