Height Map vs Displacement Map

Is there any difference? (I think they look the same...)

Actually there is, but it's slightly confusing and i don't feel myself confident enough on that topic to try to explain it. You'd better look for an answer in the polycont forum or try to google it.

It is the same maps, as a Bump Map too.
Usualy terms "DisplacementMap" and "BumpMap" it means wich one algorithm use the "Height map" data, Displacement or Bump.
But, for the map more correctly use the term "Height map".
