I would like to see video of realistic CGI 3D animated model human character. Why is this so rare in movies?

Also, would you recognize it as CG if it was completely realistic? ;)

Its mostly due to the uncanny valley - creating a disturbance for the viewer when things seem close to real but are not. Love Death and Robots did some great realistic humans in their series if you are interested.
