Account Verification CGTrader Agreement

Greetings, I discovered this site a while ago when i was still 17 and decided to start a career selling my stock 3d models. Because I was 17 back then I tried to get verified using my brother's id and information who is 29. My account wasn't updated then, it was still on some sort of hold i believe but then i turned 18 on 16th of June and even got a bank account for the first time on my name but when i tried to update my information on CGTrader i kept getting this error that i must be ``over 18 years old`` so is that it ? can't i update the CGTrader agreement even when i'm 18 ? it's really disappointing to be have to wait another year where in most places you're accepted as an adult and are able to get going when you're 18 :( is there an option for me to get through this ?

Did you write to the support service? I think such issues need to be addressed privately through the administrator.

Thank you so much. I didn't know there was a support service at all. Thought the only way to address an issue would be through here. I found an email on one of the other submissions related to support team `info@cgtrader.com` This was what you were talking about right ? other than that i couldn't find any private support team messenger kind of stuff on the site. Going to try sending an email to that mail right now. Hope we can carry this on there. PS: Oops, found the actual support mail `support@cgtrader.com` my bad not to look at their main contact list at the first place lol. Thanks again.
