Printed mould for a carbon fibre MTB front mudguard.

Designed for a 29" x 2.4 tyre, but can be used on any smaller wheels.

Large size to prevent mud from covering your face.

Can be printed in 4 pieces & glued together, or printed in 1 piece.

Printed in PLA is OK.Sand inside face lightly to give a smooth finish.Coat inside face with a thin layer of resin.When hard, sand & polish to a smooth glossy finish.Apply a thin coating of Mould Release.Apply a layer of resin, then lay 1 piece of carbon fibre mat over resin & ensure it is even spred over resin & smooth.Apply 2 more layers of resin.Wait until it has cured.Trim carbon fibre mat back to the edge of the mould.Carefully drill holes through mudguard while it is still in the mould. These are for cable ties to attach to the fork.Remove mudguard from mould.
