A custom-designed rear tow hook cover for the European Tesla Model Y (2020–2023).

This 3D-printable solution was engineered to solve a common issue: the original Tesla cover is difficult to remove without tools and often causes damage to the bumper.

Our design uses a magnetic connection system combined with a precisely fitting plug, allowing for tool-free removal, weather resistance, and seamless integration with the factory bumper shape.

Printed prototype information:This bumper cap model was professionally 3D-printed by PartsOnDemand (Netherlands) using Selective Laser Sintering (SLS) with PA12 nylon powder. This ensured precise dimensional accuracy during testing and validation.
