  • Main decorated body

  • Top cover
  • Internal mechanism
  • Flexible spring
  • Opening hook
  • Internal locking/block component

  • 1× M4 × 16 mm countersunk screw
  • 1× M4 nut

No glue is required for the main mechanism.

RECOMMENDED MATERIALSMain body / cover / trigger

PLA, PLA+ or PETG

Spring and opening hook

PETG recommended.

PETG provides better flexibility, resistance and smoother movement for the mechanical components.

Avoid matte filament for the moving internal parts when possible.

ASSEMBLYSTEP 1

Place the flexible snake-shaped spring and opening hook into their corresponding slots inside the mechanism.

STEP 2

Join the two halves of the internal mechanism together, making sure both components remain correctly positioned.

STEP 3

Install the mechanism cover in the correct orientation.

STEP 4

Insert the M4 nut into its dedicated slot.

STEP 5

Insert the M4 × 16 mm countersunk screw and tighten it.

Do not overtighten.

Adjust the screw until the trigger mechanism moves smoothly and returns freely.

STEP 6

Slide the assembled mechanism into the main body.

The flexible spring must face toward the bottom of the opener.

STEP 7

Check that the end of the spring correctly enters its internal retaining slot inside the body.

Press the trigger several times before using the opener to confirm that the mechanism moves freely.

PRINTING NOTES

Designed for FDM 3D printing.

The decorative details were created as raised geometry rather than texture maps, making the model suitable for physical 3D printing.

For the best visual result, print the body, trigger and top cover in contrasting colors.

Suggested pirate color combination:

  • Blue main body
  • Red trigger
  • Yellow/gold top cover
  • White / black / red emblem details
IMPORTANT

This is a 3D printable model.

The screw and nut are not printed parts and must be purchased separately.

Always test the mechanism carefully after assembly before regular use.

This is an unofficial fan-made design created for collectors and 3D printing enthusiasts.
