DESCRIPTION

This 21700 battery assembly jig is designed to securely hold and align nine (9) 21700 lithium-ion cells during battery pack assembly while remaining compact enough to fit within common 220 mm 3D printer build plate constraints. The jig maintains consistent spacing and orientation across all cells, helping improve accuracy and safety during spot welding, soldering, or inspection.

By securely retaining each cell, the jig minimizes movement and reduces the risk of accidental short circuits during assembly. The nine-cell layout makes it ideal for small battery packs, prototypes, and modular pack designs while staying compatible with standard desktop 3D printers.
