The SD Card Rolodex is a convenient way to store and easily access SD cards. I designed this holder to manage the piles of SD cards I've collected over the years and use on a regular basis. The design is the second version of one that I created years ago. This version has had several upgrades, including optional tray wheels, allowing 16 to 20 card storage trays. In addition, the SD card tray has been redesigned to securely hold the card, without having to orient the flat corner to fit. The leg supports also securely snap into place, bracing the legs.

All parts can be printed without supports. When assembling, be sure to snap trays onto the tray wheel before inserting SD cards.

Choose a tray wheel and then print enough trays to fill the wheel: 16, 18, or 20. Print trays at 100% infill. The other parts can be printed at 30% infill or more as preferred.

1 pivot

2 pivot caps

2 collars

2 legs

2 leg supports

16 to 20 trays (depending on the chosen tray wheel)
